： For six different specifications of the product packaging cartons， innovative design is carried out to the traditional pal－
letizing process.To improve the artificial stacking to the automatic stacking，that is the design of automatic palletizing equipment.The
automatic palletizing task requirements were realized of palletizing three－six box／min for the automatic packing production line of stain－
less steel pipes.The basic constitute unit of the device was introduced，and also the basic structural properties and working principle of
each unit were analyzed， and the main technical parameter calculation method of mechanical hand grab device was introduced.The
problem was solved of the use of an automatic palletizing equipment can meet different specifications of packaging box stacking.From
the original manual palletizing to the automatic palletizing is improved， reducing the number of production workers in the enterprise，
improved the productivity， and reduced the production cost.
