西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文 西南交通大学硕士研究生学位论文 第1页 摘要 石梅湾滨海旅游区位于中国海南省万宁市的东南海岸，1992年海南省批准 石梅湾海滨旅游区为海南五大旅游目的地之一，为了抓住海南旅游度假市场的 发展机遇，海南华润石梅湾旅游开发有限公司决定对石梅湾旅游区进行开发。 本文从开发商的角度，针对当前旅游业的热点——旅游度假区发展战略规划问 题，对石梅湾旅游发展战略进行研究分析。 论文首先分析了当前我国旅游度假区的发展现状、度假旅游产品与市场需 求相适应的特点以及旅游度假区未来的发展趋势；总结了旅游度假区发展战略 规划的内涵、主要内容及基本方法；在此基础上，对海南石梅湾旅游度假区发 展战略作实证研究，在分析了海南旅游业发展现状、客源市场、旅游发展存在 的问题的基础上，总结出了石梅湾旅游发展的优势和劣势、机遇与威胁，提出 了石梅湾旅游发展总体战略，对石梅湾旅游发展的市场竞争、产品开发、市场 营销、生态环境保护以及旅游项目的总体布局进行了战略部署。全文力图揭示 在市场经济条件下符合供需关系的旅游发展战略规划模式。 本文着重于理论与实际的结合，注意吸纳旅游发展新形势下的新思想、新 观念、力求为开发商进行旅游度假区开发和前期决策提供依据和参考。 关键词：旅游度假区、旅游度假区发展战略规划、石梅湾旅游度假区、 旅游资源、旅游市场、旅游产品 AbstractLocated Abstract Located in the southeastern coast of Wanning City,Hainan Province，China, Shimei Bay Coast Resort was approved as one of the five tourist destinations in Hainan Province in 1992．In order to catch the opportunity to develop the tourism and holiday market in the province，Hainan Huarun Shimei Bay Tourism Development Co．，Ltd．decides to develop Shimei Bay Coast Resort．From the standpoint of the developer,this article has studied and analyzed the tourism development strategy of Shimei Bay in terms of the development strategy planning ofthe tourism resort．a hotspot in current tourist market． Firstly,the article has analyzed the current status of the tourism resort，the correspondence between the tourism product and market demand，and the future development trend of the tourism resort in China,and alSO concluded the connotation，main contents and basic method of the development strategy planning for a tourism resort．After that,the article has carried out an empirical research on the development strategy ofHainan Shimei Bay Coast Resort．Based on the analysis ofthe current status ofthe tourism industry,tourist sources，and existing problems in the tourism growth in Hainan Province，the article has concluded the advantage and disadvantage，and opportunity and challenge ofthe tourism industry of Shimei Bay, and provided the overall strategy of the tourism development for Shimei Bay,i．e．， f
