哈尔滨工业大学高级管理人员工商管理硕士学位论文摘要 哈尔滨工业大学高级管理人员工商管理硕士学位论文 摘要 哈尔滨空调股份有限公司(简称哈空调)经过近几年的跳跃式发展，企 业实力和经营业绩得到显著提高，面对公司继续发展壮大的转折点、现有业 务的发展瓶颈及国内外竞争性公司的威胁，公司面临着战略选择。 本文在对国内外战略研究的基本理论和发展历程综述的基础上，首先分 析了石化空冷、电站空冷行业的外部环境，包括产业环境分析、竞争环境分 析，进而提出外部环境对公司发展的机会和威胁。其中，采用定性和定量分 析相结合的方法论文着重对空冷行业的发展趋势、产品结构和竞争状况进行 了分析，并对哈空调业务单位的能力做出评价。 其次，对公司内部的各种资源和能力进行了分析，包括公司的组织资源、 人力资源、业务结构和财务状况，着重分析评价了各项业务的能力，明确了 公司内部的优势和劣势。 基于上述分析，结合战略定位的四种思考角度，以建立公司核心能力为 导向，制定了公司的发展战略，具体包括战略定位和战略目标、主营业务发 展战略、其他业务发展战略以及组织和人力资源规划等内容，并提出了战略 实施的对策和措施。 关键词发展战略；空气冷却器；SWOT分析 AbstractWith Abstract With a rapid development in recent years，Harbin Air Conditioning Company Limitedof(HAC)has made great progress in business strength and outstanding management achievement．On facing with the turning point of its continuous growth，the developing bottleneck of curret business and the threat from the competitive companies both in and out of China，it has to make strategic choice． Based the generalization of the basic theoriesand the process of development on strategic studies，first，this paper first analysed the external environment of lithification——cooling and power plant cooling industry,including the analysis on industrial environment and competitive environment．Further more，the opportunities and threats caused by external environment are put forward，among which bycombining ing the quantity and quality combining method，the thesis stressed on analyzing the development trend，the products structure and the competition state of the Air-Cooling industry．It also makes an evaluation on the capability of Harbin air-cooling cooperation． Second，this thesis analyzed on the company’S all kinds of internal resources and capability including the organization resources，human resources operation structure and the financial state，it emphasized on estimating the capability of each operation and the hardcore competitive ability,pointed out the internal advangtages and disadvantages clearly．Based on the above analysis combining with the four thinking perspectiv
