中医内科治疗偏头痛67例疗效体会 四川省宣汉县新华中心卫生院四川达州636150 ：目的：为了探讨偏头痛的最佳治疗方法，木研宄使用两种疗法对患者进行 治疗，即传统中成药血塞通疗法和中医体质辨识配合血塞通疗法。方法：将67 例偏头痛患者随机分为研究组(n=34)和对照组(n=33)，两组患者均进行基础 治疗，对照组进行常规中成药血塞通治疗，研宄组则使用中医体质辨识配合中成 药血塞通的治疗方式，比较不同组别的患者在治疗后临床治疗情况。结果：治疗 后，各个组别的患者均发生好转情况，然而研宄组的疗效相比对照组来说更为明 显，除此之外，研究组患者进行联合治疗后，显示其评分效果要优于对照组。结 论：中医体质辨识配合中成药血塞通疗法对偏头痛患者来说疗效佳，对于保证患 者的治疗效果来说，中医体质辨识配合中成药血塞通疗法的疗效显著，可以明显 改善患者的症状，为最佳疗法。 关键字：血塞通；偏头痛；中医体质辨识；疗效 Abstract： Objective： To study migraine optimal treatment method，this study used two kinds of therapy for the treatment of patients, that is，traditional Chinese medicine Xuesaitong therapy and traditional Chinese medicine constitution identification with Xuesaitong therapy. Methods： will 67 cases of patients with migraine were randomly divided into study group (n = 34) and control group (n = 33)，two groups of patients were treated，the control group was treated with routine medicine Xuesaitong, study group use physical identification of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Chinese traditional medicine of Xuesaitong treatment, than with different groups of patients in clinical treatment. Results： after the treatment, patients in each group are improved. However, the efficacy of the study group compared to the control group is more obvious, in addition, the patients in study group were treated with，the score is better than the control group. Conclusion： physical identification of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Chinese medicine Xuesaitong therapy on migraine patients with good curative effect， to ensure patient outcomes and physical identification of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Xuesaitong in the treatment of Chinese patent medicine curative effect，can significantly improve the patients symptoms，is the best way to cure.
