中医护理干预对糖尿病并发肺结核患者的影响探讨 杨红艳 长沙市中医医院（长沙市第八医院）南院门诊410002 【 】目的：探宄中医护理干预对糖尿病并发肺结核患者的影响情况。 方法：选择2015年1月-2016年1月我院收治的154例II型糖尿病合并肺结核 患者为研究对象，将其分成两组，对照组实施常规护理，以此为基础，观察组实 施中医护理，对两组患者护理后第3周与第6周后痰菌转阴情况与空腹血糖情况 加以观察。结果：和对照组相比，观察组患者经过3, 6周护理后，痰菌转阴情 况显著较好，组间数据存在统计学差异，P0.05.观察组患者的空腹血糖在经为 期6周护理后，和3周相比，较对照组更接近正常值。经护理后，对照组患者空 腹血糖也有所降低，但下降幅度较观察组小，P0.05。结论：对于肺结核合并 糖尿病者，以常规治疗为基础，使用中医护理干预，可全面提升治疗结局与患者 治疗依从性，值得进一步推广使用。 【关键词】中医护理干预；糖尿病；肺结核：效果探究 [Abstract] Objective： To explore the influence of TCM nursing intervention on patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods： January 2015 - 2016 1 months in our hospital from 154 patients with type II diabetes mellitus complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis patients as the research object, it is divided into two groups, the control group received routine nursing. On this basis, the observation group implementation of TCM nursing was observed to be sputum bacteria negative and fasting blood glucose of nursing of patients in the two groups after 3 weeks and 6 weeks after. Results： compared with the control group, the observed group of patients after 3, 6 weeks of nursing, sputum negative conversion was significantly better than that, the data between the groups exist significant difference, compared with the fasting blood glucose level of P lt; 0.05. The patients in the observation group in after a period of 6 weeks of nursing, and 3 weeks， compared with the control group, the more close to the normal value. After care，the control group of patients with fasting blood sugar also decreased, but the decrease was smaller than the observation group, P lt; 0.05. Conclusion： for the patients with pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with diabetes, based on the conventional treatment，the use of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention，can improve the treatment outcome and patient compliance，it is worth to further promote the use of.
