中医针灸、康复治疗联合运用于中风偏瘫的临床效果观察 （青川县人民医院四川广元628100） 【 】目的：研究中医针灸联合康复治疗运用于中风偏瘫的临床效果。方 法：从2015年4月-2016年4月来我院进行中风偏瘫治疗的病患中随机选取80 例作为研究对象，将其分为常规组40例和实验组40例。对于常规组的病患采取 常规的康复治疗方法，而对于实验组的病患，则在康复治疗的基础上，联合运用 中医针灸治疗，对两组病患的治疗效果以及肢体运动得分进行比较。结果：通过 研究对比发现，两组病患在进行治疗之前在肢体活动方面的情况并没有太大的差 异（P〉0.05），在经过治疗之后，两组病患都取得了一定的治疗效果，并且肢体 活动评分方面也有了变化，但是实验组病患治疗的总有效率为90%,高于常规组 病患的治疗总有效率60%;而在肢体活动评分方面，实验组病患的评分要高于常 规组病患的评分，两组之间的数据对比差异较大，具有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论：中医针灸联合康复治疗运用于中风偏瘫的治疗效果显著，值得在临床上进 行推广。 【关键词】中医针灸；康复治疗；联合；疗效 【 】R246 【 】A 【 】1007-8231 （2016） 26-0032-02 【Abstract】 Objective To study the TCM acupuncture with rehabilitation therapy using the clinical effect of stroke hemiplegia.
