沈阳工程学院毕业设计（论文） 铁岭电厂化学补给水二级除盐控制系统开发 PAGE IV PAGE III 中文摘要 众所周知，电力工业是国民经济重要的基础工业，是国家经济发展战略中的重要和先进产业。目前，我国的电力工业发展迅速，以火力发电为主，约占全国电厂的70%左右，由于水在火力发电厂的生产过程中，既担负着传递能量的作用，同时又担负着冷却介质的作用，因此在发电过程中，水处理占有重要的地位。所以，如何实现电厂水处理的监督与自动控制，提高火电厂的经济效益和社会效益，成为当前火电厂急需解决的重要课题。 本文结合铁岭发电厂化学水处理系统的改造，论述了火电厂补给水处理二级除盐控制系统的参数设计和基于工控组态软件的计算机监控系统的设计，本文首先根据电厂水处理工艺流程：按控制系统要求设计出了控制方案。整个控制系统由生活水/消防水系统、补水/中和池系统、凝结水系统，其中凝结水系统分成两部分：1、2号机用一个系统，3、4号机用一个系统，其中每个子系统都是一套独立的PLC控制系统，各个子系统的控制程序均采用OMRON CS1系列的编程软件编制，上位监控画面的开发软件采用紫金桥软件。 关键词 电厂水处理，自动控制，PLC，参数测量，计算机监控系统 Abstract It is well to known, electric power is important basic industry, and it is important and advanced industry in development strategy of national economy. Now, electric power industry of china grows rapidly, thermal plant account for 70percent national power plant. Because water plays an important role of transferring the energy and cooling medium in the process of generating electricity, water treatment is very important. The problem of how to supervise and automatic control the water treatment process effectively and thus enhance its economic and social benefit has become important and urgent subject to resolve for thermal ptants. Firstly, the paper introduces the design of automatic control system and computer supervisory system by means of industry control configure software in water treatment of thermal plant, based on the building of water treatment in Tieling power plant. Then it presents the scheme. The whole control system composes of life water subsystem, supplying water subsystem, condensed water subsystem. The condensed water subsystem includes two subsystems: the sign of 1,2 machine is one subsystem and the sign of 3,4 is the other subsystem. Every subsystem is a suit of absolute PLC control system. The programming is programmed using CS1 of OMRON software for each subsystem,The Zijingjiao software is used to draw supervisory pictures.
