PAGE 50 PAGE I 摘 要 本文首先讨论国内外便利店配送中心业务流程的现状，选取国外典型且优秀便利店的配送中心业务流程进行举例说明，深入探究配送中心业务流程的优化在便利店配送中心系统中所起到的作用。通过查阅资料得到几种优化配送中心业务流程的方法，并且对所选择研究的可的便利店业务流程现状进行实际分析，找出该便利店配送中心业务流程当中存在的主要问题，从选取案例背景、物流现状、以及期望达到的目标出发，遵照设计要求与原则，为其设计相应的配送业务流程优化目标，针对业务流程中存在的问题提出适合配送中心的解决办法，试想方案投入使用后的效果，并将该效果与进行配送业务流程优化前便利店的情况加以对比，以此发现方案当中存在的不足，再根据不足进行方案改进，从而进一步形成该便利店的配送业务流程优化设计方案，最终达到的预期效果。 关键词：配送中心，便利店，业务流程，设计 Abstract Based on the development of domestic and international logistics distribution center, this paper is aim at further the business process optimization which plays an important role in the logistic distribution system. We find some methods about improving the progress of distribution through searching the Internet. According to the main problem which happens in a convenience store’s process of distribution, I will analysis it’s logistic requirement .Then according to the design requirements and base on the design principles, I will make the goal and optimize the design on the current distribution business process. According to the main problem which happens in a convenience store’s process of distribution find some helpful solutions. And then I will make up a scheme by using these solutions. By imagining the effect of the scheme being put into use and comparing the different situation .There are some problems in the business progress optimization, I will improve the defect until it achieve the expecting effect.
