M eteoro log ical Center ofH eilongjiang Province, H arbin150030, China) Abstract: Based on the mean temperature during, 1954- 2007 and precip itation data during 195 - 2007 in Sum- mer in Heilongjiang Province, the precip itation anomaly percentage, Shdaofu drought and w et index, Z-index and temperature anomalyw ere calculated. A ccord ing to calcu lation resu lt, the grades of drough,t flood and low tempera- ture w ere divided. The resu lts show that the grades divided using precip itation anomaly percentage, temperature anom aly are same as that d ivided using zindex. Furthermore, the interdecadal clmi ate change trend in Heilongjiang Prorincew as analyzed by use of drought, flood, temperature ind ices and seasonalm ean temperature asw ell as 5- yearmoving average of precipitation. It ispoint out that at the beginning of 21st century, the clmi ate in Heilongjiang Province
