人性化管理模式在手术室护理管理中的应用研究 岳阳市广济医院手术室湖南岳阳414000 【摘要】目的：分析人性化管理模式在手术室护理管理中的应用效果。方法： 根据是否釆取人性化管理模式对97例手术患者进行分组；对照组46例，采取常 规手术室护理管理；观察组51例，在对照组基础上，采取人性化管理模式，包 括健康宣教、心理护理、保暖护理、术中观察护理、操作护理；对比两组患者的 手术室护理管理质量评分及护理满意度。结果：观察组护士性格及特征、护理活 动、操作前的准备和解释、护理环节及流程、环境评分均较对照组高，经T检验， 差异只有统计学意义（P0.05）;经chi;2检验，观察组护理满意度为90.20%, 显著大于对照组的73.91%,差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：人性化管理 模式在手术室护理管理中的应用效果显著，对于提高手术室护理管理质量及护理 满意度均只有积极作用，值得临床推广使用。 【关键词】手术室护理管理；人性化管理模式；护理满意度 Study on the application of humanized management mode in nursing management in operation room GeRong Operation room of Yueyang city Guangji hospital HunanYueyang 414000 [Abstract]Objective： to analyze the application effect of humanized management mode in nursing management in operation room.Methods： according to whether to take humanized management mode to group 97 patients； 46 cases in control group were taken routine nursing management in operation room； 51 cases in the observation group，on the basis of the control group, take humanized management mode, including health education, psychological nursing, nursing, intraoperative warm nursing, operation nursing； operation room the quality of nursing management and nursing satisfaction scores were compared between two groups.Results： the observation group nurses and nursing activities， personality characteristics, operation preparation and interpretation, nursing process and procedure，environment scores were higher than the control group，by T test，the difference was statistically significant (Plt;0.05); by 2 test, the nursing satisfaction of observation group was 90.20%，significantly higher than that of control group 73.91%, the difference was statistically significant (Plt;0.05) .Conclusion： the application effect of humanized management mode in the operation room nursing management is significant， and it has positive effect on improving the quality of nursing management and nursing satisfaction in the operation room，and it is worthy of clinical application.
