摘 摘 要 本文在不改变农村家庭联产承包责任制的前提下，研究了哈尔滨市杂粮产区农业机 械配备和产业化经营模式。并以双城市政治村为主要研究对象，对哈尔滨市及政治村的 农业生产系统进行了环境辩识和问题诊断，明确了哈市农业生产系统发展中存在的主要 问题。在此基础上，探讨了作物田问生产工艺过程。并依据土地经营规模、农机经营形 式和农村经济发展水平等条件，分别对政治村现有、可行和未来三种农业机械作业情况 进行了选型研究，提出了三个农机配备方案，增强了该方案的适应性，为在哈尔滨市杂 粮产区的推广提供了可能。 同时，为了使本研究在生产实践中具有更强的可操作性，本文不仅从微观探讨了哈 尔滨市农业机械的配备方案。而且从宏观进一步研究了全市的农机产业化经营模式。深 入分析了全市杂粮产区的三种农机化经营模式的利弊，提出并设计了全市农机产业化经 济模式的评价原则，找出了最佳的经营模式为股份制。并在此基础上设计丁政治村的产 业化经营模式，使农机产业化经营模式与农机配备方案相适应，为哈尔滨市杂粮产区农 机化产业化的发展提供理论和实践依据。 关键诃：农业机械化机器配备产业化经营模式 V AbstractsThe Abstracts The thesis studied on equipping farm machines and the nmning model ofindustrialization under the condition ofnot changing The Rural China’S Contracted and Responsibility System． Taking Zhengzhi Village of Shuangcheng city as the main research object,investigated the agricultural producing system in Harbin and Zhengzhi village and found the main problem in the developing system in Harbin．On the base of the above,discussed the process of crops working arts in field．Depend on running scale ofland，running forms offarm machines and level of rural economic，ect,we researched the type selection and brought forward three blue print for farm machines equipping．That emphasizes the adaptability ofthe project and makes it possible to extend in the caSh crops leading zone in Harbin city． At the Smlle time,in order to make the project more feasible in the practice，we probe into the blue print of farm machines equipping and the running model of farm machines’ industrialization of Harbin city,Deeply analysized the advantage and disadvantage of the three running model of ago-mechanization in cash crops leading zones of Harbin city,put forward assessment principle for the running model of farm-machines’industrialization in Harbin city,found that the best running model is joint shafe system and mapped out the running model for industrialization ofZhengzhi village on the basis ofthe results above，make the blue print of farm machines equipping and running model of farm machines’ industr
