大连理工大学专业学位硕士学位论文摘 大连理工大学专业学位硕士学位论文 摘 要 随着中国经济的高速发展，对石油需求量逐年上涨。在原油加工量大幅增加的同时， 必然产生大量原油炼制的副产品石油焦，2005年达983万吨。石油焦是生产电解铝用碳 阳极和电炉钢用石墨电极的主要原料，也用于生产工业硅，还可以替代煤和燃料油作为 电厂锅炉燃料。高硫石油焦环境保护是必须十分重视的问题。2005年中国石油焦国际贸 易量达268万吨，占中国石油焦产量的27％，石油焦国际贸易依存度比较大。但贸易结 构不合理问题突出，大量中低硫未煅烧石油焦出口到国外，却高价进口已煅烧石油焦。 如何通过国际贸易促进中国石油焦产业发展，改善国内生产消费结构，使中国石油焦生 产、消费、进出口达到平衡，既解决石油焦市场销路问题，又促进产业向更高层次发展， 实现中国石油焦产业的国民经济盈利性最大化、最优化，是十分必要研究的重要课题。 本文从国际贸易进出口数据分析入手，根据中国石油焦生产现状及进出口翔实的统 计数据利用国际贸易理论进行具体分析，从中发现我国石油焦生产的优势和不足以及产 品结构不合理等问题，从而折射出国内石油焦产业发展存在的问题。然后深入到石油焦 产业各个消费领域对产生问题的根源具体分析，从而研究在石油焦产业发展中的具体问 题和不足。最后提出相应对策。 本文研究对石油焦产业发展的主要建议是：提高炼油厂利用循环流化床锅炉燃烧石 油焦比例．充分利用和节约能源。制定电解铝行业新的石油焦质量和检测标准，为电解铝等 下游产业提供优质原料，促进国内企业利用高品质的中低硫石油焦减少出口。鼓励开发 生产针状焦，实施进口替代战略。减少未煅烧石油焦出口，把出口产品逐步推移到产业 链下游，提高出口产品附加值，使进出口产品结构升级。 关键词：石油焦；国际贸易；产业升级 国际贸易促进石油焦产业发展的研究A 国际贸易促进石油焦产业发展的研究 A Study on Development ofPetroleum Coke Industry Promoted by Intemational Trade Abstr act Wi也the boomiIlg of Cbina economy,the demand of petroleum has increased greatly． Large quantity of green petroleum coke，the by-product of crude oil refining，has been produced during the elllde oil processing．nle output of green petroleum coke reached 9．83 million tones in 2005．Petroleum coke is one ofthe major materials to produce carbon anode in alumininm industry and graphite electrode in electric steel industry．Petroleum coke call be used to produce silicon metal and burned as boiler fuel in power plants．Much attention must be paid to the environmental pollution caused by hi班sulphur petroleum coke．m total quantity of petroleum coke in international trading in China was 2．68 rail tones in 2005， which wag 27％of total output of green petroleum coke in China．China petroleum coke indmtry relies on international trade a lot,but the tradiIlg structure is not reasonable．A great deal of middle and low sulphur green petroleum coke were exported and calcined petroleum coke were imported in high price．It is a very important issue to study the impact of international trade on the development of petroleu
