第 4 期 评 　价 　与 　管 　理 Vol . 12 No . 4 2008 年 12 月 Evaluation Management Dec . 2008 我国大学评价方法研究 王 　琴 ( 中国科学院科技政策与管理科学研究所 ,北京 　100080) 【摘 　要】近年来 ,大学评价工作越来越受到社会的关注 ,其深层原因在于 :高等教育市场化走势越来越明显 ,学生 作为高等教育服务产品的购买者 ,对服务机构信息需求不断增加 ,大学评价的兴起 自在情理之中。但是 目前的大 学评价在方法上还不是很完善 ,如在评价指标体系的科学性 、指标体系赋权的合理性 、数据的可靠性以及计算方法 的准确性上都存在一定的问题 。本文首先对我国的大学评价研究现状进行了综述 ,并在此基础上分析了这些评价 方法 目前存在的问题 ,最后对 目前评价方法中存在的问题做出了改进 ,并提出了新的一套大学评价方法 。 【关键词】大学评价 ; 排名 ; 指标体系 ; 赋权方法 ; 大学分类 【中图分类号】G40 A Study of the Method f or Appraising Chinese Universities WAN G Qin 【Abstract 】The ranking of Chinese univer sit y has been p aid more and more int ention to recent year s.
