ABSTRACTSulfonamides(SAs)are ABSTRACT Sulfonamides(SAs)are a group of synthetic antibiotics．They have been widely used in animal husbandry and aquatic products breeding to prevent and treat a series of diseases in bacterial infectious diseases．Excessive use of SAs can cause drug residues，pose a threat to human health and produce toxic effects，allergic，dysbactefiosis or other hazards．Based on surface plasmon resonance immune sensing technology,a rapid，efficient and accurate detection method for the detection of SAs residues in animal food was developed． This study used amino coupling way to modify the coating antigen onto the surface of a sensor chip．Then use the way of inhibition to make the solution mixed with SAs and antibody flow through the surface of the SPR sensor chip and build the four kinds of SAs fSQ、SCPA、SMT、SPMX)standard curve．In order to verify the accuracy and usefulness of the method established in this study,we constructed curves of eliminate the influence of matrix．Then add different concentration levels(1 0 ng mL～，20 ng mL-1,30 ng mL。1)SAs into samples．Finally,we use the established analysis method for testing after a simple handing and extraction process． The results offour kinds ofsulfa drugs(SQ、SCPA、SMT、SPMX)exhibited a lower detection limit of3．87 ng mL‘l、3．28 ng mL‘l、4．92 ng mL’1、3．58 ng mL。1 and the values of IC50 were 1 7．66 ng mL。1、1 7．25 ng mL’1、1 9．85 ng mL。1、1 9．92 ng mL’1，tespectively．The added concentration at each sample recoveries of four sulfonamides were between 84．8 1％-1 06．20％and the relative standard deviation(n=3)were less than 7．1％，indicating that the established detection method has good accuracy and applicability in rapid detection of sulfonamides in food samples． Key words：Sulfonamides，Surface plasma resonance，Immune sensing，Detection 万方数据 目 目 录 1前言 ．1 1．1兽药残留概述 ．1 1．1．1动物性食品中兽药残留现状 1 1．1．2兽药残留产生的原因 2 1．1．3兽药残留的危害 2 1．1．4兽药残留控制措施 3 1．1．5兽药残留分析方法 3 1．2磺胺类药物概述 ． 4 1．2．1磺胺类药物发展历史 5 1．2．2磺胺类药物理化性质 6 1．2．3磺胺类药物作用机理 7 1．2．4磺胺类药
