AbstractInformation Abstract Information society needs to have a matched channel to obtain information，and extending the channel iS the direcfion we need to head for．As small communities，universities have a variety of means in the dissemination of information．Under the guidance of the new wave of android mobile phone systems，mobile phone soffwares have become a new way of information dissemination．Therefore,the development of intelligent campus information management system is very necessary．It Can not only provide students and teachers with comprehensive information query,wizards,management，but also reflect the developing level of information technology in a university． This paper discusses the background of campus information management system，and analyzes the present situation of it．Concerning the actual situation of universities，we explain the key technologies and detailed analysis of the our University Education Application· What，S more，we design the overall architecture，complete the development and ultimately deploy and run it．The work we focus on includes： 1．We carry out a feasibility demonstration and need research of the project，and we determine the scope and plan． 2．We complete the design of backstage modules and mobile terminals’front modules， and the system architecture is proposed． 3．After the deployment and test run of the system，the USer feedback survey and analysis are done．As a result，the direction for future development is more clear． Universitv Education Application is an Android-based application．It is composed of cliem and server parts．The client part is an Android mobile phone，and the server part IS a JAVAEE project which is written on the Eclipse platform and deployed under Tomcat．The wo We realize the University Education Application using C／S(Client／Server)system model aIld MVC architecture，and system is devdoped using JavaScript and VBscript scripting language。What’S more,backgstage database is Mysql．The system consists of the following f
