上海交通大学工程硕士论文摘要 上海交通大学工程硕士论文 摘要 II II 根据现阶段我国建筑业的现状，结合实际项目，指出了伙伴式 （Partnering）项目管理模式在我国实施的可行性及应用范围：政府投资 的维护和应急工程；结合建筑企业改革，可扩大其在政府投资项目的应 用；私人、外商投资的项目。同时，结合部分实际工程项目对采取伙伴 式项目管理模式所取得的成效进行了总结，发现采用该管理模式可以起 到：缩减工期、节约成本、减少纠纷、提高项目满意度等作用。 依据伙伴式（Partnering）项目管理模式的特点，及我国建筑业特点， 指出了在我国应用该管理模式时可能出现的问题，并提出了相应的解决 建议：对于理论问题，把握理论精髓，全面系统理解理论；对于法律问 题，完善现行的法律法规，创造出使用和推广该管理模式的条件；对于 组织问题，采取各种措施进行人才的引进和培养。 关键词：伙伴式（Par t ner i ng），伙伴协议，争议处理，绩效评估， 项目管理，管理模式 III III DISCUSSING PARTNERING PROJECT MANAGEMENT MODEL ABSTRACT Partnering model is a new project management model. In China, some ideas of partnering model have used on some engineering projects, but this is not true partnering model. Through discussing appearance and development of partnering project management model, and linking questions in project management system in China now, we pointed out practical significance of partnering model in this article. To promote project management system has been further improved; to promote project management system has been further perfected; to promote project management rules and amendments perfected; to seek out an efficient manner settling project disputes and conflictions; to seek out a management model utilizing effectively resources during executing projects. Through studying and discussing definition and essential factors (Trust, PAGE PAGE IV Shared Vision, Long-Term Commitment), formation system (Partner Agreement, Confliction Settled, Effect Estimation), organization system (Organization, Work Process) and implement of partnering model, we established an integrated theory system about partnering project management and put forward a set of practical operating methods, and built a simple model of partnering project management.
