摘要 第 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 第 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT I 页 共 NUMPAGES \* MERGEFORMAT 18 页 PAGE IV PAGE 5 房地产行业财务预警指标体系分析-以万科公司为例 摘 要 在目前我国市场经济条件下，企业竞争愈演愈烈，企业经营面临着巨大的风险与不确定性，经常有企业发生财务危机甚至破产。但由于财务危机不是在一个很短时间内就形成的，有一定时间的潜伏期。因此建立企业财务危机预警体系，及早诊断出危机信号，并促使经营者及时采取有效对策改善管理，防止企业陷入财务危机甚至破产的境地，以确保企业健康快速的发展，保护各相关主体的利益，有效地防范和化解危机对于企业发展来说有着重大意义。本文以万科为例，结合自己实习过程中遇到的各种问题，翻阅参考相关文献资料，探究万科财务预警体系的现状及出现的问题，并提出自己的相关看法和建议，目的是为管理者提供准确有效预测危机的方法，促使企业健康稳定的发展。 关键词：财务危机，财务指标，财务预警，预警体系 ABSTRACT At present our country under the condition of market economy, enterprise competition, enterprise management is facing the huge risk and uncertainty, often have the enterprise produces financial crisis or even bankruptcy.
