文凭热的社会学分析 - PAGE I - PAGE I 摘 要 随着知识经济时代的到来，考大学热、考研热、考博热等文凭热现象逐渐升温。为何会出现文凭热现象，文凭热现象的产生又给我国带来怎样的影响？我们又该如何看待这一现象呢？ 从社会学角度看，引起文凭热现象的主要原因，一是由于我国现阶段所处的经济结构仍然是“农业社会”为主的特征或具有浓厚的“农业社会”特色，二是由于我国的文化传统中讲“名分”重等级的缘故，三是中国现代教育体制驱动文凭热的产生。 对于正处在经济发展和教育普及时期的中国，文凭热的产生无论对个人还是对社会都有一定的积极意义。对个人来说，文凭考试更有利于社会公正，是个人权利得到尊重的一种反映，是人的自由度有所提高的表现。对社会来说，对提高民族素质、拉动经济增长和推动社会全面发展都有积极作用。但是，当教育培养高规格人才的数量过多时，或只重视数量攀升，而忽视质量提高，就会引发“文凭危机”或“文凭贬值”等负面影响。 对于文凭热的负面影响，我们应从优化我们的经济结构、加快我国的文化转型、转变相关的教育理念和进行考试改革等方面努力，使人们对文凭的追求走上健康的轨道。 关键词：文凭热 经济结构 文化传统  Abstract Along with the era of knowledge economy arrival, gains admission to the university hotly, to take exams for postgraduate schools hotly, tests diploma hot phenomena and so on abundant the heat to elevate temperature gradually.
