Study Study on Strengthening of Vocational Guidance of Vocational Schoolers Major：Subject Teaching‘IdeologyPolitics Education Subject：The Teaching ofMiddle School IdeologyPolitics Supervisor：Professor Huang Rongsheng Author：Rao Manjun Abstract The vocational guidance is an important component of the vocational high sch001．It is based on the training aim of the school；It guides the schoolers in setting professional ideal and mentality；It promotes their quality and ability；And it also can help them get a job，further their studies and know how to adapt the society．This guidance must follow the educational ideology and basic principles．The strengthemng of it is good for the implement of the Professional Education Law,for the socialist modemization drive and for the revolution and development ofthe sch001． This essay can be devided into three parts Part I：Revealing the significance ofthe vocational guidance． PartⅡ：Illustrate the educational ideology and basic principles． The former includes setting up lifelong education，Cultivating Creativity and practicality learning to corporate with one another and at the same time，maintaining the individualism of the education．The latter includes the principle of science，the principle of development，the principle of demonstration，the principle of justice and openness and the principle of regarding the students as the main body． Part llI：Discussing the specific meauses of strengthening vocational guidance．It may includes setting up efficient administrative and teaching staff,offering good course of it，guiding the students in choosing an occupmion and making further development．In this way,we may found“family·school·society”a three one system ofvocational guidance． 2 文 文 献 综 述 职高生作为中学生的特殊群体，是祖国的未来。是明天的希望，是社会主义现代 化建设的强大后备军。对职高生进行职业指导，有助于提高职高生的全面素质，增强职 高生的市场就业意识、依法就业意识、竞争就业意识，使职高生树立正确的职业理想， 为未来职业生涯奠定基础。但是专门对职高生职业指导工作进行研究的却不多，已有的 研究大多是从一定的角度或层面上予以认识或概括，显得分散，不全面且无系统。 (一)目前较有代表性的文章和观点 教育部职业教育与成人教育司张志坤在《开展职业指导工作促进职业教育的改革 与发展》中，认为中等职业教育职业指导
