PAGE 1 论空乘专业的发展与空乘的职业素养 摘要 空乘是航空公司为旅客提供服务的窗口，她直接代表着航空公司的形象，是民航服务水平的重要体现。空乘的职业素养在实际工作中直接反映为空中乘务员的形象、工作态度和专业技能。从这个意义上讲，高水平的空中服务需要乘务员具备高水平的综合素质和职业素养。空中乘务专业是专门培养高素质空乘人员的专业，它针对高水平的空中服务工作对空中乘务专业的学生进行系统的培养，其中包括管理学、心理学、美学、地理、卫生、救护、饮食安全等诸多内容。空乘专业的发展对空乘人员职业素养的完善有着决定性的意义。本文首先概述了空乘工作的特点、空乘的招聘条件、空乘人员的形象礼仪和职业生涯，然后总结了我国空乘人员存在的问题，分析了其与空乘专业培养的关系；分析我国空乘专业培养中存在的问题，并提出了相应的对策；最后概括了空乘职业素养应达到的要求。 关键词：空中乘务专业；空乘人员；职业素养；问题；对策 ABTRACT Flight is an airline passenger service windows, she represents the airline s image, is an important manifestation of the level of service of civil aviation. The flight attendants occupation accomplishment in working actually reflect directly to the air crew image, work attitude and professional skills. In this sense, high levels of airborne service attendants have a high level of comprehensive quality and occupation accomplishment. Professional air crew is dedicated to training high-quality professional flight attendants, which in response to high levels of air services to professional air crew students systematic cultivation, including management, psychology, aesthetics, geography, health, medical, food safety and other content. Professional development of flight attendants occupation accomplishment has decisive significance to perfect. This paper first outlines the flight attendants working characteristic, the flight attendants recruitment conditions, flight attendant image of etiquette and occupation career, then summarized our country flight attendant problems, analyzes the relationship between professional training and flight attendants; analysis of Chinas flight attendants in the professional training in the problem of existence, offerred corresponding countermeasure; the last sum the flight attendant occupation accomplishment should meet the requirements.
