More and more studies showed that detected the antibiotics in the urban waste water and surface water. The antibiotics have a harmful effect in the ecosystems of environment ，which including bacteria ，aquatic organisms ;and increase the proliferation of antibiotics resistant pathogens ，and could pose threats to human health. The occurrence ，migration － transformation and environmental ecotoxicology of antibiotics in environment was discussed. Key words :antibiotics ;
