东北走学硕士学位论文 东北走学硕士学位论文 摘要 摘 要 农民增收是农村各项工作的出发点和落脚点，也是丌拓农村市场、扩 大国内需求的重要举措。目前，辽宁农民收入水平不高，增长缓慢，地 区刚、城乡问居民收入差距不断拉大，极大地影响了全省经济的持续增 长和全面建设小康社会的进程。制约辽宁农民收入增长的凶素有多种， 主要是：主要农产品“卖难”、农业产业结构调整难、农业产业化程度低 和农村剩余劳动力过多。而农业信息化则可以有效地解决上述部分难题。 它能够通过降低成本、及时提供市场需求信息、『F确引导农业产业结构 调整方向和提高农业产业化程度等多种途径来增加农民收入。可见，农 业信息化是增加农民收入的重要手段。但由于多种原因的影响，辽宁的 农业信息化建设工作仍处于起步阶段。所以，本论文认为应尽快加快辽 宁农业信息化建设。从辽宁的具体实际出发，其主要措施为：提高农业 信息化基础一一农业产业化的程度、分别从需求、传递、供给各环节加 强农业信息化建设及多种途径加快培养农业信息网络人才。 关键词：农业信息化 农民增收 信息资源 信息技术 对策 东北大学硕士学位论文 东北大学硕士学位论文 ABSTRACT ABSTRACT The earnings increase of peasants is the set-·out point and the stop·-over point of rural work，and is also the important measure of expanding rural market and intemal demand．At present，the continued increasing of Liaoning economy and the overall construction process of the comparatively well—off society are impacted extremely by the low earnings level and increasing speed of the peasants，and the gap between different regions，towns and countryside is enlarged continuously．There are many factors which restrict increase，the main of which are the selling of the main agricultural products，the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure，the low industrial level and the transfer of rural surplus labor fome．However,informational agriculture Can resolve part of problems mentioned above effectively．It Can increase earnings by reducing costs，providing market requiremental information，leading adjustment direction ofindustrial structure correctly and raising industrial degree．It is thus clear that informational agriculture is an important method of increase peasants’ earnings．But owing to many factors。the informational agriculture of Liaoning is still in initial stage．Therefore，the paper deem it should be speeded up quickly． Considering from the concrete conditions of Liaoning，the paper hold the main measures include that raising industrial agricultural degree，improving from demand， transmitting and supply ofthe construction． Key words：Informational agriculture；the Earn
