PAGE 16 烟台港物流中心建设选址与对策研究 [摘要] 经济全球化的发展趋势，使国际物流发展迅速，作为国际物流的重要交汇点的港口在社会经济发展中的作用和地位发生了深刻的变化。港口作为全球综合运输网络中的主要环节，其功能正由传统的货物装卸、转运向综合物流中心角色转变，港口建设物流中心已成为港口未来发展道路上的必然趋势。在这个背景下，本文对烟台港口物流中心建设进行了研究。 本文首先运用物流管理及港口物流的相关理论，针对目前烟台港物流方面存在的主要问题，结合烟台港港口物流的现状，在国际和国内港口物流发展的基础上，分析烟台港口建设物流中心的重要性；其次按照SWOT模型研究建设烟台港物流中心的优势与劣势，机遇与挑战，结果表明烟台港适合建设物流中心；再次通过对国内外著名港口物流中心建设经验的借鉴，提出烟台港建设物流中心的建设思路和建议，并提出发展物流中心的功能，明确港口物流中心的目标定位；同时，运用层次分析法确定烟台港物流中心的选址地点，并根据烟台港组织结构和港口管理体制的现实，探索烟台港港口物流管理模式及物流中心的运作模式；最后，根据港口物流中心建设的和良好运行的基本条件，提出了保障机制的建设。 本文的研究对于烟台港物流中心的建设和其未来的发展具有指导意义，对其他城市港口的建设也具有一定的借鉴作用。 [关键词] 物流中心 SWOT 选址 [Abstract] The development trend of economic globalization, the international logistics development is rapid, profound changes have occurred as the important intersection of international logistics port in the social and economic development in the role and status. The port as a major link in the global integrated transport network, changing its function is played by cargo handling, transport to the traditional integrated logistics center, port logistics center construction has become the inevitable trend of future development of the port. In this context, this paper made a research on the construction of Yantai port logistics center.
