PAGE 16 HUNAN 金融学课程设计 论文题目 中美欧中央银行支付清算体系 比较研究 学生姓名 学生学号 专业班级 学院名称 金融与统计学院 指导老师 学院院长 2013 年 5 月 23 日 摘要 支付清算体系作为经济金融活动的基础性支撑，其发展与完善不仅有利于国际金融市场的稳定繁荣，对提高我国社会资金安全和运转效率、保证货币政策实施效果以及经济金融稳定也至关重要。 本文共分为五个部分，绪论介绍了选题的背景、意义及研究目的。第二部分介绍了中美欧中央银行支付清算体系的理论，包括其构成和发展。第三部分是对中美欧中央银行支付清算体系的相似性和差异性比较，第四部分是以美欧为例的发达国家中央银行支付清算体系对我国的启示，第五部分是结语。 关键词： 支付清算系统；比较与启示；中国人民银行；美联储；欧洲中央银行 Abstract Payment and settlement system, as the basic support of economic and financial activities, whose development is not only beneficial to the stability and prosperity of the international financial market, but also indispensable for China to improve the social security and operation efficiency of funds, guarantee the monetary policy implementation effect and the economic and financial stability . There are five parts in this paper, the introduction introduces the selected topic background, significance and research purposes. The content of the second part is the theory of payment and settlement system of China, US, and Europe, including its formation and development. The content of the third part is the comparison of the three central bank payment and settlement system , the fourth part is the enlightenment from the comparison with the two developed central bank payment and settlement system to our country, the fifth part is epilogue.
