摘要本文运用风险管理理论与方法对技术创新过程中的风险进行了全面、系统的 摘要 本文运用风险管理理论与方法对技术创新过程中的风险进行了全面、系统的 归纳，对各类风险的成因作了深入地分析，在此基础上提出了相应的防范策略， 并对不同规模、不同难度的创新活动所适用的评估模型与方法作了介绍与完善。 本文的主要创新之处，在于对技术创新活动之中的决策风险作了深入细致的研究 与探讨，阐述了它的特殊性与重要性，对其产生的原因作了详尽、合理的分析， 提出了防范策略。提出了利于企业对风险进行分析的二维分析模型。对该问题的 深入研究不仅对技术创新活动有现实意义，对于风险管理理论也是有益的补充与 完善。最后，作者从微观和宏观两个层面就技术创新风险的控制问题作了进一步 的探讨，参照热敏器的工作原理，设计了创新主体内部对风险的预警控制系统， 并构建了包括政府和社会相关机构与组织在内的三维风险防范体系。 关键字： 技术创新风险分析控制决策 AbstractThis Abstract This thesis draws a full and systematic conclusion ofthe risks generating from tec hnology innovation with the methods and the theory ofrisk management It digs into the reasons of all risks，based on which precautions are given out．The evaluation models an d methods which are applicable to innovation activities ofdifferent scales and different l evels are introduced and improved in this paper．A new and outstanding point ofthis pa per is its in·-depth research and detailed discussion on the decision--making risks in the te chnology innovation activities．It expounds the particularity and significance and careful ly and rationally analyzes the reasons ofthe risks，and also brings forward the precautio ns．It puts forward a two—dimensional analysis model that helps the enterprises analyze． The in—depth research ofthis problem is not only practical to the technology inno vafion，but also a complement and improvement to the theory ofrisk management．Final ly，the controlling in the risks oftechnology innovation is further discussed in maim an d micro view．A precautious controlling system ofthe main body ofthe technology inno vation is designed and a three-dimensional precaution system is constructed，which incl udes the government，the concerned social institution and organization． Key words：technology innovation risks analysis control decision-making Ps3s83≯ P s3s83≯ 独创性(或创新性)声明 本人声明所呈交的论文是我个人在导师指导下进行的研究工作及其取得的研 究成果。尽我所知，除了文中特别加以标注和致谢中所罗列的内容以外，论文中 不包含其他人已经发表或撰写过的研究成果：也不包含为获得西安电子科技大学 或其它教育机构的学位或证书而使用过的材料。与我一起工作的同志对本研究所 作的任何贡献均已在论文中做了明确的说明并表示了谢意。 申请学位论文与资料
