PAGE 8 本科毕业设计(论文) 题目：东岭集团锌业股份有限公司生产岗位 员工培训体系研究 院 （系）： 经济管理学院 专 业： 人力资源管理 班 级： 080504 学 生： 王艳丽 学 号： 080504126 指导教师： 曲敏、石琳 2012年 6月 PAGE I 东岭集团锌业股份有限公司生产岗位员工培训体系研究 摘要 员工培训作为人力资源管理与开发的一个组成部分，日益受到企业的重视。员工培训已经成为企业培养高素质员工、打造核心竞争力的重要手段，培训本身的质量对企业发展至关重要，一个企业是否重视员工培训与开发可以预见其未来的竞争潜力。建立和完善有效的企业培训体系，是管理培训工作的核心任务。企业建立培训体系的最终目的是为了持久有效地将培训进行到底，让培训发挥最大的效果，使培训走上正规化，把培训灌输到每一个员工的思想里并使之成为一种提升自己和企业竞争力的必备工具。 本文依据员工培训的相关理论，在调查分析东岭集团锌业股份有限公司生产岗位员工的培训现状后，指出该企业生产岗位员工培训存在的诸多问题。根据企业实际情况，结和相关理论研究，进行该企业生产岗位员工的培训体系设计，提出系统的设计方案，为企业竞争力的提升和实现企业的战略目标提供最优秀的人力资源。 关键词：培训体系；培训需求；培训评估 Research on Production Staff Training System Of Dongling Zinc Corporation Limited Abstract Staff training as a human resources management and development of a part , is more and more attention by enterprises. Staff training has become an important means of cultivating high-quality staff to build the core competitiveness, the quality of training for enterprise development is important, whether the enterprises attach importance to staff training and development can foresee the future competition potential. Set up and perfect the enterprise training system, is the core task of management training. Enterprises to establish a training system for the final purpose is to effectively conduct training, make training to maximize the effectiveness, make training standardization, the concept of training to enter the mind of each employee , make it become a kind of improve their competitiveness of enterprises and oneself the necessary tools. On the basis of the employee training theory, and after the investigation of Dongling Zinc Corporation Limited staff training status, point out the enterprise production staff training problems. According to the enterprise actual situation and combining the relevant theoretical research, designing the staff training system, puts forward the concrete design plan, in order to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises
