Step1: Warm—up
T: How do you go to school?
S: I go to school by bus/ on foot/ by bike……..
Step2: Look and say
T: There are many means of transport. Look here(出示幻灯片2), what’s this?
S: Plane.
T: Yes, plane. What’s the largest plane in the world? Do you know?
S: No, I don’t know.
T: Do you want to know?
S: Yes.
T: Ok, later I will tell you.

(分别学习train, subway, taxi, ferry, bus,其中subway, ferry, taxi是新单词,多读几遍,在每幅图对话中提出听力中的每个问题,为听听力做准备,同时还能让学生先在听力上熟悉一下最高级形式)
Step3: Listening
T: Class, now I will tell you what the largest plane is, what the most modern train is, and so on. But you should listen to the tape carefully, and try your best to finish an exercise.(出示幻灯片3)
