霓虹灯控制器设计 36 - 35 - 霓虹灯控制器设计 摘 要 近年来随着科技的飞速发展，单片机的应用正在不断地走向深入。在实时检测和自动控制的单片机应用系统中，单片机往往作为一个核心部件来使用，仅单片机方面知识是不够的，还应该很据具体硬件结构，以及针对具体应用对象特点的软件结合，加以完善。该智能霓虹灯设计是基于8051单片机，串口联级驱动芯片4094霓虹灯扫描控制器，采用环保节能LED灯组以实现智能化的动态显示效果。该设计的动感霓虹灯整体上可以分为电源模块、控制模块、显示模块三部分组成。电源模块采用桥式整流滤波电路为CPU及4094供电。控制模块包括单片机8051、4094驱动，系统驱动及系统控制。显示模块采用LED灯组，LE D发光二极管用于编程调试时模拟显示，整体效果动感十足、形象醒目。本文介绍的是一种经过长期使用实践考验，技术比较成熟的智能霓虹灯控制器的设计方法，包括I/O口串行扩展光电隔离及过零触发可控硅驱动技术。 关键词：单片机；霓虹灯；智能控制设计；光电隔离 Design of the Neon Lamp Controller Abstract In recent years along with the rapid development of science and technology, SCM applications are constantly deepening. In real-time detection and automatic control of the microcomputer application system, the microcontroller is often used as a core component, only SCM knowledge is not enough, should also be according to the specific hardware structure, as well as application specific features of the software objects, to be perfect. The intelligent neon design is based on 8051 single-chip microcomputer, serial cascade drive chip4094scanning controller for neon lamps, use of environmentally friendly energy-saving LED lights group to realize the intelligent dynamic display effect. The design of dynamic neon on the whole can be divided into the power module, control module, display module consists of three parts. Power supply module uses a bridge rectifier filter circuit and power supply for CPU4094. Control module comprises a single chip computer8051,4094 drive, drive system and control system. Display module group using LED lights, LED light emitting diode for programming debugging simulation display, the overall effect of dynamic, eye-catching. The design of the neon lamp intelligence controller is introduced.Long practial use has proved that the controller techniqes is ripe.Also serial expansion of I/O port,light electronics segregation and triac drive circuit that is triggered at alternative current voltage zero poit are discussed.
