望堕三些塑主堂垡堡奎!摘 望堕三些塑主堂垡堡奎! 摘 要 物流配送中心主要由商品到货、保管、配货、出库、打包及配送等作业组成。配送 中心通过先进的管理技术和现代化的信息交换网络，有效联结了生产和消费，使整个商 品运作过程高效、协调、有序，从而实现了最佳的经济效益和社会效益。目前物流管理 软件在很大程度上不能满足客户要求，只是停留在进销存管理的程度；国外先进的物流 信息管理软件由于不适应中国的国情，在国内应用陷入困境。因此，开发完善的、适合 中国物流业的管理软件是当务之急。 本课题就是针对我国物流行业信息化现状提出的，主要目的是提商物流行业的现代 化管理水平。根据国内物流企业的需求，本系统具有采购管理、销售管理、库存管理、 客户管理、查询管理、统计报表、辅助决策等功能。系统使用Visual Basic 6．0进行 主程序和屏幕界面设计，Microsoft sQL Server 2000作为外部数据库。系统设计过程 中创建数据仓库，运用SOL Server 2000提供的数据仓库功能，生成事实表，并根据事 实表创建多维数据集，为数据挖掘打下基础。使用0lAP进行联机分析处理，使用数据 挖掘技术进行决策分析。使用Excel 2000数据透视表动态浏览多维数据集，同时生成立 体图表，使显示效果更好。本课题解决了传统管理软件只有进销存管理，没有决策支持 的缺欠，实现了计算机辅助决策功能。 通过本课题的研究，实现了物流配送中心信息化管理。不仅实现了基本的进销存管 理，还在此基础上创建了数据仓库，进行联机分析处理和数据挖掘，达到了辅助决策的 目的，计算机辅助决策是未来管理软件的发展方向。由于物流配送在国内才进入发展阶 段，因此国内物流配送信息化还有很大的发展空间。随着本系统不断完善，一定会在未 来几年得至n广泛的应用。 关键词：物流配送，数据仓库，数据挖掘，辅助决策 鲨堕三些奎堂堡主兰垡堡兰——Design 鲨堕三些奎堂堡主兰垡堡兰—— Design and Research on the ManagementDecision Supporting System of Logistics Distribution Center on Computer Abstract The logistics distribution center involves some services，including stocking of goods, storage，dispatching，package and distribution,which effectively combines production with consumption by advanced technology of management and intemet to make the above operations effective，smooth and orderly,SO it makes the best benefit economically and socially come true．At present，the soRavare for logistics management still hasn’t met clients’needs yet， which only realizes goods stocking，selling and storage．Also，unfortunately，imported corresponding software doesn’t adjust to the national conditions in china Therefore，it is urgent to develop the software for logistics management． The subject is put forward，based on the present condition of the information system of logistics business，whose purpose is mainly to improve modernized level of logistics business management．In order to meet the domestic needs，the brand—new system involves purchase management,sales management，inventory management，client information management, searching management，forms statistics
