济南宏业企业集群的形成剖析与发展研究 济南宏业企业集群的形成剖析与发展研究 摘 要 在经济全球化的今天，企业集群的发展在发挥欠发达地区比较优势、完成 资本积累并进而提高区域竞争力等方面起着日益重要的作用。有效发展企业集 群，有利于促进区域中小企业的持续健康发展，提高区域产业竞争力乃至区域 竞争力，实现与新型工业化道路的良性互动。 该文在对企业集群理论进行系统研究的基础上，以济南宏业集团为研究对 象，分析了该公司企业集群的形成过程及其架构与绩效，提炼出了该公司企业 集群的特色；然后，探讨了该公司企业集群未来发展面临的机遇和挑战，重点 分析了该企业集群的发展目标、趋势和架构；最后，分析了该公司企业集群发 展对欠发达县域经济发展的启示和带动作用，强调了应把握的若干问题。 研究表明，济南宏业集团企业集群理具有鲜明的特色和良好的发展前景， 其发展模式和成功经验对于破解欠发达县域经济的发展难题具有较好的借鉴意 义。 关键词：企业集群；济南宏业；欠发达地区；县域经济 Formation Formation Anatomy and Development Research for Enterprise Cluster of Jinan Hongye ABSTRACT With the globalization of economy today,the development of enterprise clusters play more and more important role in exerting comparative advantages of underdeveloped region，completing capital accumulation and improving regional competition．The effective development of enterprise clusters is a promotion for the healthy and continuous development of small and medium sized enterprises， and an improvement of competition power for the industry and regional industry． And it is helpful to realize benign interaction with new-type industrialization． After systemic study on the theories of enterprise clusters，based on Jinan HongYe Company，this paper analyzed the forming process of enterprise clusters and its system and performance in the company,and abstracted its characteristics． Furthermore，the development chance and challenge of enterprise clusters in this company were discussed，and the development goal，trend and frame were emphasized．Finally，the revelation and driving role，which coming from the development of enterprise clusters of HongYe Company,were discussed，and several correlative problems that need to hold were emphasized． The research results show that the enterprise cluster of HongYe enterprise has bright characteristics and nicer development foreground．And its development mode and Successful experience are good use for reference to solve the development puzzle of country economy in underdeveloped countries． Key words： enterprise cluster；
