Information for Children’s Education Fee Reimbursement
In accordance to the tax law, this scheme is applicable only to overseas staff (HK/Macau/Taiwan Staff included). Please note that it is not applicable to staff during probationary period.
Written application should be submitted to HR in advance.
The education expense should be actual costs incurred in Mainland China. Official Voucher /Receipt/Payment Notice/Contract or Agreement is required.
Staff can claim reimbursement once in October each year.
If the reimbursement amount is less than the monthly salary, the payroll will be the balance of the salary and the reimbursement. If the reimbursement amount exceeds the monthly salary, the payroll of the current month will not be released. In this case, the college will offer the staff member a loan to be equivalent to his/her monthly salary, and the balance of reimbursement should be granted in the next month, while the amount of the payroll of the next month should be the balance of those two months’ salary and reimburse
