PAGE PAGE 17 河南财经学院成功学院本科生毕业论文 我国中小企业融资问题研究 院系名称 管理学系 姓　　名 学　　号 专　　业 财务管理 指导教师 讲师 2010 PAGE II 摘　要 近几年，我国中小企业在国民经济和社会发展中占有重要地位，发挥着巨大的作用，但是，融资问题作为其发展的关键因素却严重阻碍了中小企业的进一步发展。尽管我国政府出台了一系列支持、促进中小企业融资的政策和法规，也取得了一定效果，但由于该问题的解决是一个复杂的系统工程，中小企业融资“瓶颈问题仍未得到妥善解决。 本论文针对以上问题进行研究，第一部分首先对中小企业进行了明确界定，分析我国中小企业的地位和作用。第二部分分析中小企业的融资问题，探讨中小企业的融资方式，分析了导致我国中小企业融资困境的主要原因。第三部分是解决问题部分，分析和借鉴部分发达国家和地区对中小企业金融支持的政策，结合我国国情对解决我国中小企业融资难题的对策进行探讨。 关键词：中小企业；比较；对策；融资困境 Abstract In recent years, the important role and status of Small-and-Middle-Sized enterprises (SME) in national economy and social development have been widely recognized by society. But as the critical factor to restrict their development, the financing problem seriously blocks the development of SME any further. Despite the series of effective policies and regulations carried out by the Chinese government to improve the financing of small and middle-sized enterprises, financing as a complex and systematic issue is still a bottleneck for these enterprises. The first one defines small and middle-sized enterprises precisely and analyzes their status and functions. The second section analyzes the financing issues and discusses their financing method, at the same time it also discovers the major reasons that lead to the financing predicament. The third and fourth sections are the solutions to these problems. By analyzing and drawing lessons from the developed countries and areas about their financial policies to the small and middle-sized enterprises, as well as combining our national conditions, this article discusses deeply about the solutions of the financing predicament of Chinese small and middle-sized enterprises.
