w 办条辩钱犬 SOUTHWESTERN UNIVERSITY ‘ 硕±学位论文 MASTERS DISSERTATION 第三方支付发展与网上银行 关系的分析研究 The analysis and study of third party payment and online banking and the relation of them in the development process 学位_请人 享_ 指导教师 张錢教授 学科专业 金融贸易电子商务 学位类别 会圣鲜 ：_ 经营业务。一般的支付流程是买方选购商品后，使用该平台提供的账户进行 货款支付，井由第三方通知卖家货款到达、进行发货；买方检验物品后，就 可以通知付款给卖家，第三方再将款项转至卖家账户。这种模式以支付宝、 贝宝为典型代表。另一类是有电子商务交易平台支持的第三方支付网关模式， 是指由电子商务平台建立起来的支付网关，不同于第二种模式，这里的电子 商务平台往往是指独立经营且提供特定产品（虚拟产品或实体产品）的商务 网站。支付网站最初也是为了满足自身配送商品和实时支付而研发搭建的， 逐步扩展到提供专业化的支付产品服务。其典型代表是云网支付@网，本文 对这三种经营模式分别给出评价，指出它们面对网上银行的竞争时应积极探 索商业模式和盈利模式，进一步了解不同的行业特色和需求，以创新赢得市 场，以增值业务为未来的发展方向；根据自身资源优势，准确定位，形成细 分的市场，避免同质化的竞争和价格战：加强对电子商务的理解，扩大与产 业链其他机构合作的合作范围，强化自身的生存之本? 最后，提出政府应从发展培育电子商务网上支付市场的角度对相对于网 上银行处于弱势地位的第三方支付，应给予政策支持。 本文的创新之处是对第三方支付经营模式的分析研究，并指出面对网上 银行的竞争，各种模式受到的影响，对各自的发展方向提出建议。不足之处 是对第三方支付自身的问题以及国家对此应釆取的相应措施分析得还不够深 入。 关键词：网上支付第三方支付网上银行关系模式 ￡方支付发展与网上ffi行关系的分析研究 Abstract The research target of the paper is engaged in the online payment business two entities : third party payment and online banking and the relation of them in the development process. Nowadays and henceforth, the development of EC (electronic commerce) will become one kind of tidal and the tendency in the whole world, which has received the attentions from all parts，we can get this conclusion from international organization and main developed countries working out and constituting the standards and laws upon EC, and the crowds actively participating in the EC exchange. So why do people actively put their eyes on EC? The reason lies that the new ideas and the new pattern EC has adopted to developed business based upon Internet and newly emerging computer technologies, has enabled EC to get some potential advantages such as low costs，all-weather, any time and anywhere which has promoted revolution町 changes in traditional commerce.
