Beyond capital, technology, resource and investment, culture is just another important factor leading to the economic distance. With the development of Chinas market economy to a further stage, economy is increasingly related to culture, so culture and economy tend to integrate. The conspicuous feature of a culture is its regional features; therefore, regional culture plays an significant role in regional economy. Culture has a very broad sense of meaning, but generally speaking, it includes material culture, system culture and sprit culture. This dissertation mainly discusses what is closely related to economical development, namely economic culture. In modem market economy, there are three aspects of regional culture which have most important influence to the regional economy: regional corporation culture, business culture and consumption culture. Generally, regional economy status determines regional culture, and regional culture has a tremendous counter-effect to the economy of the region. Through the subject of a regional economy?man in economic activity, regional culture acts its influence to the regional economy, which makes it software for regional economy. Generally, regional culture is the affecting factor for microeconomic system and macroeconotnic systemas well as inter-regional communications. However, in many cases, regional culture is not synchronic witii the regional economy: a relatively retailed regional culture leads to a hidden hazard for economic development in the long ran; on the contract, a relatively advanced regional culture leads to a thriving force for economic development in the long ran.
