ESMA ECAS 12018 9 1 - / ECAS 22019 1 1 - ECAS 3 2020 1 1 - ECAS ESMA ESMA New deadlines have been informed by ESMA for the ECAS mark implementation: 1) Newly certified products entering/placed into UAE market have to carry the ECAS mark (sticker or printed) - From 1 September 2018 2) All certified products in the UAE market to carry the ECAS mark (sticker or printed) - From 1 January 2019 3) All certified products in the UAE market to carry the printed ECAS mark only - From 1 January 2020 As per the circular received from ESMA it was highlighted that some of the certificates of conformity existing in the UAE market have expired.
