It used the ultra-micro-disc electrode which can move toward three dimensional directions as working probe immersed in the electrolyte solution. As scanning at a few micro meters from the basal position, the varied probe currents can reflect the morphology and properties of the substrate. SECM has several operations modes, and benefit from fast electrochemical responses with high spatial and temporal resolution at non-invasive detection mode, which
