But as the alternative energy just started recently in China, most of the enterprises have less experience on their performance management. Based on the practice of Hecic New-energy Co., Ltd.,the article have researched the performance management of inner organization. The article use the theory of performance management close-circle to have a study on the practice of Hecic New-energy Co., Ltd. and give a deep r^earch on problem include planning, guiding, judging, exchanging and encouraging in the current performance examination system, to find a solution of the performance management system.
