PAGE 沈阳工业大学硕士学位论文格式规范 PAGE - - PAGE I 摘 要 聚丙烯是五大通用热塑性树脂中最有发展前途的品种之一，也是制造丙纶纤维的原料。聚丙烯树脂具有高熔点、高强度、高耐热性和耐磨性及低蠕变性等优良性质，并易于通过共聚、共混、填充等措施进行改性。但最突出的性质是多面性，它能适合于许多加工方法和用途。聚丙烯是一种结构规整的结晶性聚合物，是透明、相对密度低的通用树脂。因所用催化剂和聚合工艺不同，所得聚合物性能，用途也不同。随着合成工艺的不断发展，使我国聚丙烯工业处于迅速发展之中。因此，对聚丙烯车间的设计显得格外重要。在未来一段时间内,市场的强大需求会推动着聚丙烯行业迅速发展。 通过进行本设计，对聚丙烯工艺形成初步认识。按照聚丙烯工艺操作手册，对设计的装置组成、生产方法、生产制度和工艺参数的选择确定合理的操作规程和指标。 主要是为3.5×107千克/年聚丙烯粉末车间进行工艺设计，主体部分是流化床干燥器设计。在确定了操作气速的前提下，可以得到流化床的直径D=1.455m，然后通过膨胀比的计算和取定的静止床高度确定流化床高度H=3.84m。最后利用孔板压降得到分布板开孔率=0.497%以及停留时间=15.643min。 经过最后核算，本次设计符合预期目标，各项参数均已达标。 关键词：聚丙烯；流化床干燥器；工艺设计 沈阳工业大学硕士学位论文格式规范 PAGE - - PAGE III Abstract Polypropylene is one of the five general thermoplastic resins that have the most Polypropylene has high melting point, high strength, high heatproof, high abrasion resistance, low creepage and so on.
