网膜素血清HCY与急性冠脉综合征的相关性研究-南华大学学报.PDF

44 Medical Science Journal of Central South China,January2019,Vol.47,No.1 DOI:10.15972/ j.cnki.43-1509/ r.2019.01.011 ·论著:临床医学· 网膜素、血清 HCY与急性冠脉综合征的相关性研究 1 2 1 甄海旭 ,刘建文 ,李　 振 (1.青海省第五人民医院急诊内科,青海 西宁810007;2.青海省西宁市 恒安风湿病医院麻醉科,青海 西宁810000) 摘　 要:　 本研究通过检测100例急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者和50例正常体检人员的网膜素和同型半胱氨酸 (Hcy)水平,发现ACS 患者的肌酐、Hcy、心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、超敏 C反应蛋白(hs- CRP)、网膜素-1指标均显著高于常人;BMI、hs-CRP、Hcy及网膜素-1是导致ACS 的相关因素;网膜素-1浓度的降 低与hs-CRP、Hcy 浓度的升高都是造成ACS的独立因素。 结果说明,网膜素-1与Hcy 可能是介导ACS发生的独立 因素,将这两种物质作为不稳定的斑块进行评估和预测指标有重要价值。 关键词:　 网膜素;　 血清同型半胱氨酸;　 急性冠脉综合征;　 预后;　 相关性 中图分类号:R543.3 文献标识码:A Study on the correlation between serum HCY and prognosis in patients with acute coronary syndrome 1 2 1 ZHEN Haixu ,LIUJianwen ,LI Zhen (1.Emergency InternalMedicine,The Fifth Peoples Hospital of Qinghai,Xining 810007,Qinghai,China; 2.Department of Anesthesiology,Heng An Rheumatism Hospital,Xining 810000,Qinghai,China) Abstract:　 In this study,the retinal and HCY levels of 100 ACS patients and50 normal physical examination staff were tested,and the analysisfound that levels of creatinine,Hcy,cTnI,CK-MB,hs-CRP and retinin-1in patients with ACSwere significantly higherthanthoseinnormal controls. Thelevelsof BMI,hs-CRP,Hcy andomentum-1werethere- lated factors leading to ACS. The decrease of ovalbumin-1and the increase of hs-CRP and Hcy concentrations were inde- pendent factors of ACS.
