PAGE XIV 第 PAGE I页 共Ⅳ页 试论增加农民收入的新途径 摘要：改革开放三十年来，我国的工业取得了令世瞩目的发展，可是与我国蒸蒸日上的工业生产和日新月异的城镇发展不相协调的是我国农村发展滞后、农民增收缓慢。农村居民收入过低给我国带来了工农业发展不平衡、贫富差距拉大、社会不稳定性因素增多等一系列的社会问题。适时增加农民收入、缩小我国城乡居民收入差距成为我国解决许多社会问题的关键。通过对我国农业发展滞后的原因分析、我国传统农民收入方式调查和国外政府对农业生产的政策支持，对我国农业生产的现状进行清楚的了解，并进一步分析其中存在的问题，最后从农民自身创收和国家政策支持等方面寻求农民增收的新途径。 关键词：城乡差距、农业补贴、农民增收 New Ideas of Increasing Farmers Income Abstract:Reform and opening up in China has been over 30 years,and the development of industry has made the worlds attention.But thriving with the industrial production and fast-changing urban development, rural areas development is slow and the peasants income is slow. Rural residents income is too low to our country brought the industrial and agricultural development imbalance, widening wealth gaps, social stability factors and so on a series of social problems increased. Timely to increase farmers income, narrowing the income gap between urban and rural residents in China in solving many social problems become the key. Through the sluggish development of agriculture in our country cause analysis, our traditional ways of farmers income and the foreign government survey of agricultural production policy support to agricultural production in China, a clear understanding of the situation, and further analysis of existent problems, finally from the peasants income and national policy support and so on seeking new ways of increasing farmers income.
