广 东药学 院学报 　 188 J ou rna l of Guangdong P ha rm aceu tica l Colleg e　Ap r. 2009 , 25 (2) 　 高良姜总黄酮抗炎镇痛作用的实验研究 1, 2 1 1 1 1 陈艳芬 ,江涛 ,唐春萍 ,冯毅凡 ,杨超燕 ( 1. 广东药学院 ,广东 广州 510006; 2. 广州中医药大学 ,广东 广州 5 10006) 摘要 : 目的 观察高良姜总黄酮的抗炎镇痛作用 。方法 采用角叉菜胶大鼠足肿胀模型、二甲苯小鼠耳肿 胀模型 、毛细血管通透性实验研究高良姜总黄酮的抗炎作用 ;采用小鼠热板法和扭体法观察高良姜总黄 酮的镇痛作用 。结果 高良姜总黄酮对大鼠角叉菜胶所致足趾肿胀 、二甲苯所致小鼠耳廓肿胀以及乙酸 所致小鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性增高等急性炎症模型均有明显抑制作用 。高良姜总黄酮对乙酸 、热刺激 所诱发的小鼠疼痛均有抑制作用 。结论 高良姜总黄酮具有一定的抗炎镇痛作用 。 关键词 :高良姜总黄酮 ;抗炎 ;镇痛 中图分类号 : R 285. 5　文献标识码 : A 　文章编号 : 1006 - 8783 (2009) 02 - 0 188 - 04 Exper im en ta l study of an tiinflamm a tory an d ana lgesic effects of tota l flavono ids from A lp in ia off ic in a rum Hance CHEN Yanfen, J IAN G Tao, TAN G Chunp ing, FEN G Yifang, Yang Chaoyan ( Guangdong P ha rm aceu tica l Colleg e, Guangzhou, Guangdong 510006, Ch ina) A b stract:O bjective To study the antiinflamm atory and analge sic effects of total flavonoids from A lp in ia off icina rum H ance ( FAO ) . M ethods App lying the rats model of foot edem a induced by carrageenan, the m ice model of acute auricle swelling induced by dim ethylbenzene and cap illary p erm eab ility induced by acetic acid, we ob served antiinflamm atory effects of FAO; and analgesic effects of FAO were ob served in p ain models of m ice induced by acetic acid or hot p late. Results FAO showed evident effects on acute inflamm ation models of foot edem a, auricle swelling and cap illary p erm eab ility. A nd FAO had analge sic effects on the two p ain models.
