Double Room(1st Floor)

THIS TENANCY IS MADE THE 1ST NOVEMBER 2010
BETWEEN
and
NOW IT IS AGREED as follows:
1 Definitions and interpretation
In this agreement:
1.1 “the room” means the double room in 1ST Floor of
1.2 “the Rent”means the rent referred to in clause 3 below as varied from time to time in
accordance with this agreement and “the Rents” shall mean the Rent together with any other sum that is or becomes payable by the Tenant under this Tenancy
1.3 For the purposes of Section 48 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987 the Landlord’s address
for service of notices(including notices of proceedings) shall be that stated above or such other address as the Landlord shall notify the Tenant in writing from time to time
1.4 Where any party comprises more than one person the obligations and liabilities of that party
under this agreement shall be joint and several obligationgs and liabilities of those persons
1.5 The clause headings do not from part of this tenancy and shall not be taken into account in
its construction od interpretation
2 Tenancy The Landlord agrees to let and the Tenant agrees to take the Property for a fixed term of 6(six)months commencing on 1st NOVEMBER 2010 and terminating on 1st APRIL(“the term” which expression shall include any period referred to in clause 3.2 below)
3 General
3.1 Payment for the property
3.1.1 The rent for the room shall be£460 per month payable monthly in advance on the first
day when move in
3.1.2 The Rent shall be payable by Bankers Standing Order to such account as the Landlord
shall specify in writing from time to time or by such other method as the landlord shall specify in writing
3.2 Changes in Rent
3.2.1 If the Tenant with the consent of the Landlord continues inpossession of the Property at
the expiry of the fixed term specified in c
