徐州医学院硕士学位论文关键词脑卒中；积分肌电值；减重步行训练；肌电触发电刺激：表面肌电 徐州医学院硕士学位论文 关键词脑卒中；积分肌电值；减重步行训练；肌电触发电刺激：表面肌电 图 徐州医学院硕士学位论丈Effect 徐州医学院硕士学位论丈 Effect of EMG··triggered stimulation combined with BWSTT on Motor Function and sEMG in Patients with Stroke Abstract objeefive To investigate the effect of electromyography(EMG)一triggered stimulation combined诵tll body weight support treadmill training(BWSTT)on motor function and integrated electromyography(iEMG)of the lower limbs． Methods 72 hemiplegic patients were randomized by factorial design method into 4 groups(n=1 8 each)：normal regulation group，BWSTT group，EMG-triggered stimulation group(triggered group)and EMG-triggered stimulation combined谢m BWSTT group(combination group)．Patients in each were assessed by Fugl-Meyer scale，range of motion(ROM)of ankle dorsiflexion，clinical spasm index(CSI)and iEMG values before and after the treatment．Multifactor ANOVA by Factorial design was conducted in the statistical analysis． Results Before the treatment，there were no statistical significance in Fugl—Meyer scores，CSI scores，ROM of ankle dorsiflexion and iEMG values in the(P0．05)4 groups．At the end of the treatment，according to the multifactor ANOVA，iEMG values of the tibialis anterior and the gastrocnemius in the relatively resting state had no statistical significance between groups；the Fugl-Meyer scores，iEMG values of the tibialis anterior in the actively state and ROM of ankle dorsiflexion were elevated(P 0．05)， meanwhile， CSI scores，CO—contraction ratio and iEMG values of the gastrocnemius in the passively state decreased(尸0．05)in BWSTT group and triggered group．The application of BWSlvr and EMG—triggered stimulation had interactions witll Fugl—Meyer scores，ROM，CSI scores，iEMG values of the gastrocnemius in the passively state and the tibialis anterior in the actively state(P 0．05)．which suggested that combined intervention witll EMG-triggered stimulation and BWSTT had better effect on the improved rehabilitation of patients with stroke．The
