本科生毕业论文 题 目： 互联网时代下打车软件的现状、问题及对策 学 院: 通 才 学 院 专 业: 工商管理 姓 名: 盛鹏辉 学 号: 201215024536 指导教师: 曹翠珍（教授） 2016年05月30日 摘要 纵览人类科技发展史，在旧产业与新技术历次碰撞激变中，制度的藩篱往往难以经受技术的冲击，最终都是以技术的颠覆式创新而重新引领规范整个行业，从而推动全社会的不断变革向前发展。出行打车与移动终端的深度跨界结合无疑是一种新型的互联网分享经济新模式，它打破了传统出租车的固有格局，使人们出行有了更多选择和更好体验。与传统出租车相比，基于“共享经济”理念的打车软件不仅等待时间短，服务好，支付便捷，又可以缓解出行困难、交通拥堵、尾气污染等大城市的顽疾。由于是新生经济业态，目前尚无相关法律对其进行保护与监管；打车软件涉及到监管部门、出租车汽车公司、打车软件平台企业、司机和乘客等各方的利益与责任，引起社会各界的关注与重视，各地方政府亦对网络打车软件秉持迥异态度。如何引入市场机制和建立法律监管体系解决当下所面临的难题，考验着全社会与决策者的智慧。 关键词:打车软件;存在问题;发展对策;法律监管 Abstract From the overview of the history of human science and technology, we can see that it is technological innovation that guides the upgrading of industries and leads to the upgrading of the whole society. Combining taxi and mobile is out of question a new Internet shared economic model, which breaks the traditional pattern of the traditional taxi and brings more choice and better experience to passengers. Comparing with traditional taxi, taxi software based on shared economic model consumes less time for passengers to wait. In addition, the service is wonderful and people can pay conveniently. What’s more, the taxi software can ease many big city ills, such as the difficulty of travel, traffic congestion, city pollution and so on. At present, there is no relevant laws to protect and supervise it due to its innovativeness. Taxi software is revelant to the regulatory authorities, taxi companies, taxi software platform companies, drivers, passengers and other parties. Taxi has aroused the concern and attention of the community, and the local governments are holding different attitudes on the network taxi software. How to introduce market mechanism and establish legal supervision system to solve the problems faced by the moment, is testing the wisdom of the whole society and the decision maker.
