An Analysis of Financing Behavior of Chinese Listed Companies Abstract With the steady development of the economy of our country, the listed companies is playing a more and more important role in economy. For these listed firms, to the development of faster, better, diversified financing channels and stable sources of finance is essential. But in terms of the financing of listed companies in China, there are still a lot of problems,such as the financing platform to be unstable, financing environment that are too stiff and other internal and external problems.These problems need to solve, because only when we solve the financing problems of listed companies, will the sound development of listed companies become warped plate, cocking the grand blueprint of the country's economy. This paper mainly analyzes the status quo of financing methods in China's listed companies, the obvious financing preferences and the distortions of financing objectives, and analyzes and summarizes the internal causes and external causes of the current situation and puts forward the management countermeasures and suggestions.
