Methods 35 patients w ith primary hepatocarcinoma( PHC) , 5 patients w ith secondary hepatocar cinoma( SHC) , 3 cases w it h hepatic hemangioma, 1 case w ith cirr hosis node, 3 patients w ith renal cancer and 3 pa tients w ith u sterus my oma w ere studied . L ev ovist 7 ml( 300 mg / ml) w as injected by intravenous and observed enhancing de g ree o color Doppler singnal inside t hose tumors and parenchyma imag ings. Results T he color Doppler sing nals in 32 pa tients w ith PHC and 1 patient w ith SHC r om g all bladder cancer had been enhanced remarkably. Hepatic hemang ioma had slig ht enhanced and cirrhosis node had no enhanced. T he enhanced signals o the r enal cancer and uterus myoma w ere also good. Meanw hile the parenchyma imaging w as improved and small hepatocarcinoma lesions w er e detected out in 4 pat ients w ith PHC. Conclusion Levov ist can enhance the color Doppler sig nals o liv er , K idney and uter us myoma. It is bene icial or judg ing the blood low condition and pat holog ical nature o the tumors and raising the sensitiv ity o ultrasound diagnosis .
