滨州学院专科毕业设计（论文） PAGE PAGE II 上菱模具厂车间供配电系统设计 摘 要 本工程分为以下几部分：第一部分为车间负荷计算，通过对负荷的计算来确定所需变压器型号和一次接线方案。第二部分为短路电流计算，计算短路电流对车间变电所一次设备和进出线选择至关重要。第三部分为二次回路设计，二次回路对一次回路的运行进行控制、监测、指示和保护。本工程中所涉及二次回路主要包括控制和信号回路，电气测量回路与绝缘监视回路。第四部分为车间配电线路设计。优良的车间配电线路是车间用电设备稳定运行的前提。通过各设备的额定容量得到计算电流，再选择合适的断路器型号和导线截面型号。第五部分为车间照明系统设计，充足的照明时保障车间正常安全生产的前提。 关键词：负荷计算 一次系统 二次回路 变压器 Shangling mold factory workshop for the design of power distribution system Abstract The project is divided into the following sections: the first part is the load calculation for the workshop, through the calculation to determine the load required for the transformer model and first wiring program. The second part is short-circuit current calculation, the calculation of short-circuit current is very important to the choice of workshop equipment and substation in-out line. Part III is secondary circuit design, the second loop is used to control the operation, monitoring, instruction and protection of the first circuit.The secondary circuit which involved in the project include control and signal circuits, electrical circuits and insulation measuring circuit surveillance. Part IV is the design of distribution lines workshop. Excellent power lines is a prerequisite for stable operation of equipment. Through the device current rated capacity has been calculated, and then select the appropriate circuit breaker type and wire cross-section models. The fifth part is the design of lighting systems for the workshop, adequate safeguards for the protection of the lighting workshop a prerequisite for the normal production safety.
