建筑工程混凝土施工技术及质量管理浅析 【摘要】随着近几年我国经济的飞速发展，建筑行 业的发展速度也是十分迅猛的，其对我国国民经济的发展速 度以及生活水平的提高都起着十分重要的作用。而混凝土结 构作为整个建筑工程项目施工中重要的基础结构，其自身的 施工质量直接影响着整个建筑工程项目的质量。目前，我国 的混凝土结构设计和施工水平已经处于世界先进水平的行 列，但是在实际的施工过程中仍然存在一些不确定性的因素 导致混凝土施工质量受到影响，从而降低了混凝土结构的施 工质量，甚至影响到整个建筑工程项目的质量。鉴于混凝土 结构如此重要的地位和作用，本文对建筑工程中混凝土施工 技术及质量管理进行分析，希望能够对保证混凝土结构的质 量有所帮助。 【关键词】混凝土；施工技术；质量管理； 【abstract 】along with the rapid development of as aeconomy in our country in recent years, the development speed of the construction industry is very rapid, the pace of development of China’ s national economy and improvement of living standards, plays a very important role. In view of such an important position and role of concrete structure, in this paper, the construction of concrete construction technology and quality management were analyzed, and hope to be able to help guarantee the quality of concrete structures. as a [ key words 】 concrete； The construction technology； Quality management. 中图分类号：U445. 57文献标识码：A 混凝土施工是建筑工程的重要组成部分，其质量直接关 系着整个建筑工程项目的质量安全。因此，必须明确整个混 凝土施工过程中所有的技术要求及质量管理的要点，这对确 保工程的质量起着举足轻重的作用。现在，在施工的过程中 无论是对于混凝土工程的运输、配料、搅拌，还是浇捣和养 护等任何一个环节，都有着严格的技术要求，并且每个环节 都紧密的联系在一起，互相影响。任何一个环节出现失误， 都可能影响整个混凝土结构的质量。下面，就针对混凝土结 构的每个环节对混凝土施工技术及质量管理进行浅要的分 析。 1，模板安装要求与技术处理 在使用模板之前一定要把模板的表面清理干净，防止出 现模板表面沾有干硬的水泥、砂浆等杂物的情形。在混凝土 施工中使用的模板分为木模板和钢模板两种，对其进行安装 时要根据不同的技术要求进行。木模板使用前用清水进行充 分的湿润和清洗并不得留有积水；模板的缝隙必须拼接严 密，一旦有缝隙要用油毡条、塑料条、纤维板或者水泥砂浆 等进行堵严，防止出现漏浆。对于钢模板一定要注意把脱模 剂涂刷均匀，不能出现漏刷。在混凝土浇筑前对模板的尺寸、 位置和垂直度进行检查，确保支撑系统的牢固和模板缝隙的 严密；在混凝土
