The main performance is in construction supervision. The construction site lacks normality, and the quality demand in construction project is not up to standard. Wait on this basis，this paper introduces the main contents of the standard management of construction supervision, the importance of on-site standard management and the existing problems in the supervision and management of construction supervision and the improvement measures to ensure the smooth development of construction supervision work to ensure the further improvement of the quality of our construction projects to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of China’s construction industry. Keyword： engineering supervision; standard management; measures; Received： 2017-09-12 现阶段，随着我国城镇化进程的不断加快，国家、社会越来越重视棊础设施的建 设，建筑相关行业发展规模円渐扩大。建筑行业的不断进步，进一步确立、规范 了建筑行业的行业规范。就建设工程这类大型的项目而言，需有完善的管理与足 够的安全技术做支撑，但社会发展与建设项0安全重视程度不相匹配，导致涉 及建设项目的安全事故时常发生，施工环节屮的安全问题更为频繁。因此，应加 大对建筑工程的监督力度，进一步规范现场施工管理，严格控制工程质量，避 免安全隐患的发生。 1建筑工程监理线程规范管理的主要内容 建筑工程施工现场监理对建筑项A的项A进度与整体规划有着十分重要的作用， 由此可见应加强对建筑项目施工现场的监理工作的重耍性。建筑项目施工现场管 理必做工作也括以下3方面。 根据建筑工程规模程度组建施工监理团队，为确保建筑项目现场施工的顺 利开展应尽可能选择经验丰富的监理人员，同时应争取施工队伍的支持。 监理工作作为建筑工程质量得以保障的重要前提，为确保建筑工程质量得 到保证，应采取科学的施工手段，不断就施工技术进行改进，切实提高建筑工 程的施工效率。 建筑工程监理人员不仅要就项目的施工进行监督，还要严格展开对工程资 金的管理，确保建筑项B资金都能够运用到工程之中，确保每笔资金都能够发 挥最大的价值m。此外，监理人员应进一步规范施工人员的工作，合理安排项 目工作人员，保障建筑项目的顺利开展。 2加强建筑
