Monetary Policy on the Stock Price Influence Research -Based on Industry IndexABSTRACTSince the 90’s century, Chinas stock market now has 20 years. Along with the scale of capital market especially stock market expands increasingly, the stock market as the most important member of the capital market, its fluctuation not only with other asset markets are closely related, but more important with national monetary policy of the economic goals. Thus whether stability of the stock market or not, how the development’s condition, also become a focus in the monetary authority and the academic circles in our country.Firstly, this paper theoretically analyzes the target of the monetary policy, and the influence mechanism of monetary supply, interest rate, exchange rate to the stock price. Secondly, through empirical research respectively from the money supply, interest rate, exchange rate changes on stock price.
